Drawing a Frog
- As always, the first thing to do is to look at our model, analyzing it in order to decompose the image into simple geometric shapes:
- In our case, we are going to simplify the frog’s body by drawing a rather elongated oval with an upward slope to our right.
- The head can be summarized with another oval and the eyes with two circles.
- We fit with shapes, also very basic, the rest of the parts of our frog, using lines and ovals, which will summarize the legs.
- Now we outline, adjusting the drawing better to our model. To do this, we will look closely at where we need to modify the line.
- Finally, we outline and refine the details to get as a result our frog.
