Index of questions

What are the practical lesson deliveries in my course?

When your teacher suggests you to carry out an internship, he/she usually expects a graphic document reflecting your work on each of his/her proposals.

Normally, the internship submission will consist of a photograph of your work that you can easily take yourself with your cell phone, camera or any other device you have on hand.

How do I have to photograph my work for the internship delivery?

You can take the photographs for the internship upload as you see fit and according to your own resources.

However, since your internship will be evaluated by a human team, our advice is that you try to get well centered, sharp photographs under good lighting, so that the nuances and details of your work can be appreciated.

Tip: Remember that a human team will be supervising your practice and ideally your work should be well appreciated. Try to avoid as much as possible blurred images, aberrant perspectives or color alterations due to low light conditions.

Where do I have to upload the internships I have done?

Normally, you will be able to deliver each of the required practices in the practice delivery lessons. You will easily distinguish these lesson deliverables by the assignment submission form that you will find in each of them.

Tip: Each delivery lesson will be given the same name as the originating practical lesson and the label “DELIVERY” and will generally be located after the practical lesson in question.

How do I upload a practice so that it can be evaluated?

To upload any practice, you will have to go to the corresponding practice delivery lesson, which you can easily distinguish by its name. Within each lesson delivery, you will find the homework form.

Follow these steps to upload your practice:

  1. Click anywhere on the “Search” bar to have your device display a browsing interface of your local files.
  2. Locate your practice document, select it and click on accept.
  3. Once the name of the document appears in the search bar, click on the “Submit” button to send your practice.

Tip: Remember to take into account the file format type of your document and adhere to the size restrictions indicated above the “Search” bar to ensure that your practice is sent without problems.

What kind of documents can I upload to an internship delivery lesson?

Follow these general guidelines to ensure that the files uploaded to the internship form meet the requirements for successful submission:

Can I upload more than one document in an internship delivery?

Of course it is. In fact, some of the practical lessons in our courses will require you to upload more than one document in order to be evaluated, so you should always be attentive to the teacher’s indications.

When uploading more than one practice in a practice delivery lesson, you will have to upload each document separately in the same way as in a normal practice upload, repeating the same process as many times as necessary.

How can I know if my internships have been uploaded correctly?

You will be able to preview the document or documents sent in the same lesson, where you will be shown a list of these documents and the status of each one of them, as well as a specific warning when you have a task pending approval.

You will also be able to have a view of the submitted internships by expanding the course overview window within the student page.

How do I find out if my internship has been approved?

When uploading a document to an internship delivery lesson, it will await approval by our teaching team.

Once the material submitted has been reviewed and everything is confirmed to be in order, each document submitted will be approved. You will receive an email notification in your ArteEscuela.com account each time a lesson delivery is completed after your internship has been approved.

Do I have to hand in all the assignments for an internship?

At ArteEscuela.com we believe that all students should be able to learn at their own pace and always enjoy the learning process while maintaining our commitment to educational excellence.

Therefore, we require a minimum number of approved assignments for each practice delivery lesson in order to complete the lesson. As a general rule, this minimum will consist of the delivery of at least one of the tasks in each of the practical lessons with several proposals.

Tip: We recommend that as a general rule you try to do as many internships as possible, since, in addition to having access to a better certificate after finishing the course, you will get more benefits in your development and you will gain more skills as an artist.

Why is my practice delivery lesson not showing as completed?

You will not be able to complete a practice delivery lesson until at least one of the tasks uploaded to the lesson has been approved by our teaching team.
